10Times ROI Guarantee terms and conditions.
Clients must have a valid, 12-month SEO Retainer contract in good standing. For clients to qualify for the 10Times Guarantee, 12 consecutive months must have been completed since the original start date of the SEO Retainer Contract. Within the end of the first month, Corey Wenger SEO Consulting and the Client will agree to baseline organic metrics that could include organic traffic, leads, and sales. A projected ROI analysis must be reviewed and approved by the client and Corey Wenger SEO Consulting. If ROI projections don’t meet the terms to qualify for the 10Times Guarantee, then the client or prospective client is notified that they do not qualify.
Clients on SEO Retainer contracts of 11 months or less do not qualify for the 10Times Guarantee. Clients must have reasonable traffic, leads, and sales attribution working correctly during the entire SEO Retainer Contract period. Failure to provide accurate reporting during the 12-month retainer period will result in NOT qualifying or termination of the 10Times Guarantee. Corey Wenger SEO Consulting is not liable for any sales and marketing data outages or inaccuracies due to client activities that lead to traffic, leads, and sales data breaking, not tracking data, or causing inaccurate reporting.
Clients must possess adequate SEO Implementation resources to execute SEO fixes, enhancements, and recommendations. Resources may include copywriters, web designers, developers, external agencies, and other technical resources. Client implementation resources must be available during the entire 12-month Retainer contract period. If the client fails to meet the necessary resources for SEO implementation, the client is not eligible for the 10Times Guarantee. However, if the client has the resources required to make SEO implementations across the 12-month SEO Retainer, the client has met this requirement.
